These protein pancakes are hands down the best I’ve ever had! Each one packs a whopping 19 grams of protein, making them delicious and nutritious. This recipe yields about 6 fluffy pancakes or 15 smaller pancakes:
Ingredients:
• 2 cups oats
• 2 cups egg whites (or whole eggs for even better flavor)
• 2 cups cottage cheese
• Pinch of salt
• Cinnamon to taste
• 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients for 5-8 seconds until smooth.
2. Heat a greased pan over medium heat.
3. Pour ½ cup of batter per pancake for easy portioning.
4. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
